Ark St Alban's Academy hosts the indoor Athletics Finals for other schools!

On Wednesday 4th of March, we hosted an indoor athletics finals event with a host of other schools. As part of our department leadership drive and my NPQML project, the students below hosted their next event after the recent primary school dodgeball competition. They were very stretched and challenged at this event with older students, more unfamiliar tasks and high pressure situations with measuring and recording scores.
I felt they were excellent on the day from start to finish. They were very professional (albeit they were measuring our own year 7 and 8 boys scores/results and secretly wanted them to win) and continued to show enthusiasm, commitment and character throughout the event.
They are developing into a lovely group of young men that this community and academy should be proud of.
