Congratulations to Sixth Form students for being accepted onto Ernst & Young Foundations paid work experience programme
Friday 07 February 2020
The programme outlined below:
Smart Futures is a ten month programme which starts with paid work experience during Easter* and summer. It will give students a variety of transferable skills to give them a head start. Smart Futures can make students more employable, helping them with their next steps whether that’s university, college, an apprenticeship or a job.
A mentor will support students throughout the ten months and advise them on one of the biggest career choices they will make: the first step in their working life. They will also be invited to a series of events throughout their final school year.
Congratulations to the following students for being accepted on this year’s programme:
Olivia Agbe, Thamid Ali, Ahmed Hassan, Suhail Hassan, Ahmed Saleh and Saif Seid.
This is really pleasing for me that six managed to secure places this year as we only had one student (Sumaya Salem) be fortunate enough to secure a placement last year.
