Our Parent Forum provides the opportunity for parents to play an active role in school life and provide invaluable input from the perspective of a parent.
- The purpose of the Parent Forum
Our aim is to ensure all parents are supported to play an active role in school life. We feel that our Parent Forum will ensure that all parents have this opportunity and that parents are enabled to be meaningfully involved in decision-making.
- What does our parent forum look like?
We are delighted to invite you to our new Year 7 Coffee Morning Programme, designed to give families an informal opportunity to meet staff, learn more about how we can work together, and discuss ways to support your child at home.
Each week will cover a different topic, including:
- Attendance and how we can support your child
- Homework and online learning platforms
- Online safety and setting up security at home
- Meeting our SENDCo, Careers Lead, and Place2Be wellbeing team
- Faith, sport, and wider enrichment opportunities
These will take place every other Tuesday from 09:30 - 10:30am and a full schedule will be designed together with the thoughts of the group on the first session
