Pupils and their mentors participated in an icebreaking session where each mentor shared their individual career pathway and each pupil shared their own desires for their pathway in the future. Pupils who are on this unique programme will have one to one meetings with their mentor each month and their mentor will support their overall career and employability development.
As well as having a professional mentor to learn from, pupils are also exposed to a series of workplace visits, masterclasses and a four-week paid internship at a prestigious organisation, which may also include a residential stay at university that will enable them to gain real insight of what their next steps could be like.
