At each of the parent information events listed above we will be launching an App called My Child At School (MCAS). The MCAS App allows parents to see information about their child being updated live each day, including their timetable, attendance and behaviour events.
You will receive an invitation to sign-up to MCAS by email on the same day as the parent information event scheduled for your child’s year group.

Remember that the doors open at 8.10am and pupils are expected to arrive before 8.20am, with those arriving after 8.20am receiving a late detention to serve at the end of the day.

Homework
Compulsory Homework Catch-Up began today, with any pupils not completing the homework due today kept behind at the end of the school day to complete the homework that they missed. This will now be the case every day moving forwards.
Homework club is also up and running between 3.00-4.00pm each day. It is a space where pupils can complete their homework at school supervised by school staff. There is no need to sign-up in advance.
Ofsted Research Visit
of Modern Foreign Languages. This means that for the day, we will have an Ofsted inspector working in the school, visiting lessons and meeting with pupils and colleagues.
Ofsted have provided the information sheet linked below for parents who would like to find out more about the visit and its purpose.
