Deloitte visit
Some of our Year 10 pupils that have showed an interest in the Professional Services attended a workplace visit at the Birmingham City Centre Deloitte office on Tuesday 11th July 2023. The visit gave pupils insight to the necessary employability skills needed for this industry but also promoted skills that will prepare pupils for success. They heard from a range of employees to include current apprentices as well as senior employees at the organisation and found out about their individual experiences and chosen pathways which gave pupils further insight to what a future in this organisation could be like for themselves. This encounter has supported pupils next steps in life with their own career decision making.
