Today, Dr Charlene Rose, a lecturer from the University of Birmingham, delivered a compelling and thought-provoking assembly to Year 10 pupils, sparking meaningful conversations and inspiring pupils to reflect on their future pathways.

The assembly, part of the school’s ongoing careers programme, was praised for its engaging content and relevance. Pupils were captivated by our speakers’ insights and personal experiences, which highlighted the importance of planning, resilience, and exploring diverse career opportunities.

The assembly also featured a Q&A segment, which encouraged pupils to engage directly with the speaker.

Charlene’s contribution underscores Ark St Alban’s commitment to providing pupils with real-world perspectives and guidance as they prepare for life beyond school.
