Year 12 were fortunate to hear from NatWest Bank representatives Megan and Raabiah, who delivered a captivating and insightful presentation on careers and apprenticeship programmes within the banking sector.
Their session was incredibly informative and inspiring, offering our students a valuable understanding of the wide range of roles available in banking and the various pathways into the profession. Megan and Raabiah broke down the distinctions between different roles and shared practical advice on how students can best prepare for the world of work. They highlighted the importance of extracurricular involvement as a way to demonstrate positivity and open doors to future opportunities.
Raabiah’s personal journey as an apprentice was especially powerful and relatable, resonating deeply with many of our Year 12 students. It’s opportunities like these that help broaden horizons and build confidence in making future career choices.
