Year 9 pupils participated in a workshop led by colleagues from Ernst and Young, one of the UK's top 100 graduate employers (6th in 2023), with 80,000 employees across the country.
The workshop gave pupils an insight into the range of career pathways available through an apprenticeship route, as well as tips and guidance on CV writing and interview skills.
Pupils enthusiastically engaged with the employers by asking thoughtful questions about apprenticeships and their benefits, and about the career opportunities available at such a prestigious graduate employer.
More information about Ernst and Young can be found on their website or through the Unifrog careers platform, which all pupils have access to:

As part of Character and exploring the big question 'where am I going next?' pupils are given the opportunity to meaningfully engage with employers and apprenticeship providers so they can make well informed decisions about their futures.
